Payment Policy


At Cave Creek Equine, we expect payment at the time of service. We recognize this is not always an option due to the nature of competitive equestrian activities, and working on horses in training facilities. Our policy is to only allow billing if we have a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of service unless directed to do so. If payment is not received within two weeks of mailing an invoice, your card will be charged for the entire balance on the account. If we are unable to collect on your account within 60 days of service, your account will be turned over to a collection agency, billing charges will be applied, and the outstanding balance will be charged interest at a rate of 18% APR.
